Terms of Service Pre-Owned Device Condition Disclosure
By purchasing a device from IT Assets Resale, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following terms regarding the condition and functionality of all pre-owned devices sold:

1. Device Condition
All devices offered for sale are pre-owned and may show signs of previous use. This includes physical and functional variances that do not prevent the device from operating for general use.

2. Battery Health
Some devices may have reduced battery performance, including shorter battery life or the need to remain connected to a power source for optimal operation. Battery health is not guaranteed and may vary from one device to another.

3. Keyboard Wear
Certain keyboard units may have faded, worn, or missing key labels. The impact does not affect typing functionality. 

4.USB USB-C Ports

Devices typically include two (2) USB ports and one or more USB-C ports.
However, due to the pre-owned nature of the devices:
One USB port may be non-functional, but at least one USB port is guaranteed to be operational.
One USB-C port may be non-functional, but at least one USB-C port is guaranteed to be operational.
The presence of multiple ports does not guarantee full functionality of all ports.

5. Chargers & Power Accessories
Some laptops may not include an original charger. Where a charger is not available, a compatible docking station will be provided as an alternative charging solution. The docking station will serve as the primary charging method for such devices.

6. No Refunds for Stated Conditions
By completing your purchase, you confirm your understanding of the conditions listed above. These characteristics are normal and expected for refurbished or pre-owned devices and therefore do not qualify for refunds, exchanges, or returns, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Acceptance of Terms
Proceeding with the purchase constitutes your full acceptance of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of the conditions listed, please refrain from finalizing your order.
